Speedy response and help

Following our front door being difficult to open and then not being able to lock it we rang a number of companies for help. Steve was the only one to answer at Sevenoaks Windows and Doors. He came promptly to look at the door for us. Unfortunately the door mechanism had given up, the double glaze door was quite old. Steve ordered a new one, having given us a quote for the replacement mechanism and fitting, which we accepted. We didn’t have to wait long for Steve to come with the new mechanism and fit it.Steve was easy to have in our home and we felt immediate trust in him. We would be happy to have him come again if we encountered problems with any of our windows or patio doors. A warm friendly man and very reasonably priced. Thank you Steve. August 2026
